3–4 is enough. One straight on, one from the side, and the one that looks the most like them to you. Phone photos are fine.

Yes — most of what I make is for someone who's lost a dog or a cat. Send whatever photos you have. Old, dark, and a little blurry are usually enough. If you want, I can letter his name and the years small in the corner.

Yes. You get a progress photo three times: early, partway through, and before I pack it. Two revisions are included. Tell me what's off and be specific — the eyes, the set of the ears, the color of the coat.

No. This site never charges you anything. You send me the details, I email a firm quote within 24 hours, and payment only comes up after you say yes.

That's what the three progress photos and the two revisions are for, so it rarely gets that far. If it's still not right, I'd rather refund you than have you living with something you don't like.

Rolled canvases go in a hard tube. Anything stretched, framed, or felted ships in a reinforced crate. Every shipment is tracked and insured.
