What a commission is

Each piece is made from your photos, for you. It is not stock and it is not made twice, so it cannot be returned or resold once it is finished.

Estimates and payment

The number you see on a product page is an estimate, not a bill. Nothing is charged when you send a request. After I have seen your photos I email a firm quote that includes shipping, and a link to pay it if you want to go ahead. That link is the only place this site takes money, and payment is handled by PayPal — your card details are entered on paypal.com and never reach this site. You do not need a PayPal account to use it. I start once the payment clears.

Rights to the work

The finished piece is yours. The studio keeps the right to show photographs of finished work in its portfolio. Tell me at any time and yours will not be shown.

Limit of liability

The studio's liability for any commission is limited to the amount paid for that commission.
