Privacy policy

What I collect

When you send a commission request, I collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. I also keep the reference photos you upload.

If you pay for a commission, PayPal handles the payment. I send PayPal the amount, the currency, and a short description of what you ordered. PayPal sends back a transaction number and the email address on the account that paid, and I store those two things so I can match your payment to your order. I never see or store your card number. What PayPal does with your data is covered by their own privacy policy, not this one.

How I use it

I use it to make your commission, ship it, and answer your email about it. Your reference photos are used for that one piece. They are not published, not sold, and not fed to any model or training set.

Your rights

You can ask me to delete your details and your photos at any time. Email hello@yinghandmadestudio.com and I will do it.

Cookies

This site sets the cookies needed to carry a commission request from one page to the next. There is no account to create and no login. I also use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages get read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your rough location, your device, and the pages you open — never your name, your email, or the photos you send me. If you would rather not be counted, Google’s opt-out add-on switches it off for every site you visit.
