Canceling before I start

You can cancel any time before I start the work. The full amount comes back, and I do not ask why.

Refunds go back through PayPal to the account you paid from — I cannot send them anywhere else. I start them the day we agree on one; how long they take to appear is PayPal's side, usually a few business days.

Canceling after I start

At the sketch stage I refund 70%. Once paint is going down I refund 40%. Once a piece is finished and drying, or already packed, no refund is possible and the work still ships to you. Every commission is made for one person, so it cannot be resold.

Revisions and remakes

Every commission includes two revisions. If it is still not right after both, tell me within 14 days of delivery. I would rather refund you than have you keep something that does not look like him.

Damage or loss in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer box, the inner packing, and the piece. Send those three photos within 3 days. I will remake the piece or refund you in full, whichever you choose. Lost parcels are handled the same way.

European Union customers

The EU Consumer Rights Directive gives a 14-day right to return. Goods made to a customer's specification are a listed exception (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), so that right does not apply to work commissioned here. Everything else on this page applies to customers in every country.
